Friends and band mates over the last ten years, , have played in numerous venues throughout the Western United States with bands such as Sublime, Suicidal Tendencies, Body Count, Machine Head, Everclear, 311 and Testament. I.D.M. (It Doesn't Matter) is Voyaging into a journey of sculpting a unique brand of Metal, they incorporated a variety of musical genres covering the music spectrum from punk to nu-metal, and with influences such as Fear Factory, Slayer, Helmet and Bad Religion, they maintained that basic Metal backbone and found a sound that was fresh and driving. I.D.M. began recording their first album and by the Summer of 2004, they were ready to test their music on the masses. Their first show, a local rock night at the Ventura Theatre, proved to be an overwhelming success as about 400 listeners demostrated their approval of the band's music. The management at the Ventura Theatre even took notice and invited I.D.M. to perform with Machine Head, Chimaira and Trivium on their Road Rage Tour 2004 on September 3, 2004 at the Ventura Theatre. Now one year later and over 75 live shows under their belt.
