If the part of the code where it says table,tr,td { ... } wasn't specified, your background image would only show in the very background, behind the text and other information about you. Usually that way your profile information will be more visible, and that is, in my opinion better to omit that part. But I am showing it to you just in case you need your profile background image to show through the rest of the page. Try not including that part of the code, save your profile, and see the difference that it makes. Remember, practice is the key to a good profile here.
