To change the background on myspace you need to add Code: <style> body { background: black; } </style> The above example sets the background to black. Obviously if you did that you'd want the text to be white (or a light colour) so you would add Code: <style> body { background: black; color: white; } </style> This only changes the background colour of the page. Your myspace profile is built up using tables. This is the point I recommend you read the myspace forum topics on profile design because the structure is quite involved. For example there are 4 nested tables used to display the about me section so you would have to add Code: <style> table table table table { background: black; } </style> to make the background of the about me section black. More annoying is the fact that they allow CSS but then don't give any of the tables ID names or Classes. fenderstreet Joined: 06 Nov 2005 Posts: 3 Posted: Tue Nov 08, 2005 7:51 pm Thanks so much! Iceman Joined: 24 Nov 2005 Posts: 30 Posted: Fri Nov 25, 2005 12:57 pm you can just make it simpler by using the <body> tag and use it like <body bgcolor='color name'> or <body bgcolor="#000000"> Your Ad Here Contact Us | Advertise | Privacy Statement | HTML Help | Old Forum HTML Help Forum Index - MySpace Page 1 of 1 Powered by phpBB Search Engine Indexer Powered by phpBB 2.0.19 © 2001, 2002 phpBB Group

Here's the Nokia 9500. See: Pimp My Cell Phone: Nokia 9500 Here's the list of extreme makeover JSRs CLDC 1.1 MIDP 2.0 Nokia UI API Wireless Messaging API (JSR-120) Mobile Media API (JSR-135) Bluetooth API (JSR-82 no OBEX) Java Technology Wireless Industry rel. 1 (JSR-185) FileConnection and PIM API (JSR-75) CDC 1.0 (JSR-36) Personal Profile (JSR-62) Foundation Profile (JSR-46) Fo shizzle! Now, that's what I call a Java phone! Especially that JSR 36/46 combo. Oo-wee! (Who led those slammin' specs?) :-) J2ME CDC and Foundation Profile takes you from Oo-ya to Boo-ya, just like that, homey. Ain't no other phone I know with 10 JSRs. Anyone got one to match that? Besides JSR-180 I would like to see a J2ME implementation of http://www.sip-communicator.org/ Posted by Joost Andrae (192.18.240.11) on June 17, 2005 at 08:49 AM PDT # Of course, I think that 2nd place should go to the Motorola i605. You have to download the SDK to get this info, but buried in the readme file is this juicy information: - MIDP 2.0 APIs - 3D Graphics APIs for iDEN Applications - OPP APIs - JSR-82 (Bluetooth APIs) - JSR-135 (Mobile Multimedia APIs) - JSR-120 (Wireless Messaging APIs) - JSR-75 (PIM and File API) - JSR-172 (WebService & XML Parser API) - JSR-179 (Location API) - JSR-184 (Mobile 3D Graphics API) - JSR-205 (Wireless Messaging API 2.0) - Resource Bundle APIs - PhoneBook/DateBook APIs (UDM) - Generic call and PhoneCall Receive APIs - Radio and System Status Manager APIs - Recent Call Access APIs It doesn't have CDC of FP (who was the lead of those specs again?) but it does have full JSR-82 (with OBEX!) and not to mention Location API and Web Services API. Very, very cool.
